and the founder of the FAB
(Food and Body) Program.
More importantly,
I’m someone who has spent
over 20 years walking alongside
people just like you–people
who are ready to free themselves
from their struggles with food and people who are ready to feel
at home in their bodies again

That’s exactly why I created FAB.
The Food and Body program.
It’s not a diet, a plan, or a set of rules. It’s a space where you can finally breathe, a space where you can tell the truth about what’s really going on, and a space where you can start healing in a way that honors your story, your pace, your body, your voice.
FAB is built upon compassion, not control.
We do not do diet mentality here—in any form.
Instead, we focus on freedom, inner wisdom, and connection.
We help you learn how to trust yourself again—your hunger,
your emotions, your needs, and your boundaries.
It asks you to be brave, to feel things you’ve maybe spent years avoiding. But I promise you, there is something powerful on the other side.
And you don’t have to walk through it alone.
